Apple cider vinegar rinse.

This is a picture I took some weeks ago, tomorrow I'm going to try something new with my hair. A technique they used to practice way back in time; Apple cider vinegar rinse. The benefits of using this rinse is that * It doesn't take away the good natural oil that your hair naturally procude. * It washes away old product build-ups. * Promotes your hair to grow longer. * It helps against itchy and fleaky scalp because of its antibacterial antifungal properties. * It helps the hair to maintain more moisturised. * It also makes the hair more shiny and gives it less tangles because it closes the curticle of the hairstrand.

Apple cider vinegar recipe;
* 1 cup of water
* 2-4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
If you have dry scalp try with 2 tsp and if you have an oily scalp try with about 4 tsp.
Mix it in a spraybottle, either you put it on when your hair is dry or damped, let it marinate and wash with shampoo and conditioner. Or you wash your hair as regually with shampoo in the shower, then you put all of the vinegar mixture over your hair and scalp, let it sit for some minutes and then rinse it of.
Swedish recipe;
* 2 dl vatten
* 2-4 msk äpple cider vinäger
Om du har torrt hår, börja med 2 msk, om du har oljigt hår använder du 4 msk.
Du kan antingen hälla blandningen i en sprejflaska och spraya det innan du ska tvätta håret som vanligt med schampo och balsam. Eller tvättar du håret och häller blandningen över håret när du fortfarande är i duschen, låter det verka några mintuter och sköljer sen ur det.
I've been interested to try this rinse out but have been a sceptical. But since it's a method they used way back and still now, I'm thinking it must be good then. It's been well tryed hehe. One big inspiration on Youtube when it comes to hair is @Beautyklove. Her hair is amazing and she talks a lot about hair and new hair masks.
I will update you on how I experienced it.
